Order processing
• We are located in and ship from the Netherlands
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
• Personalized items : Processing times for personalized items vary based on current order volume and/or the event date. We will provide an estimated processing time once your personalization details and event date are confirmed.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@hintofhappiness.com. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has shipped
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding the shipping fee)
Shipping options
Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout. We strongly recommend to choose for tracked mail, however, we offer standard shipping for flat mail (stickers, prints, etc.) as well.
Please note that any untracked mail is the buyer's responsibility and we won't be able to issue a refund in case it gets lost
All other packages are shipped with trace and track by default. We will send you the tracking code as soon as the item has been shipped
Estimated delivery times (after shipping) :
• Europe : 1-3 weeks
• US & Canada : 2-5 weeks
• Australia & New Zealand : 3-8 weeks
Please note that these are just estimated times and there might be some delays so please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 weeks, please get in contact with us and we will find a solution
Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or custom fees that apply to your country and which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
