Cancellations & Returns
We accept cancellations before your order has been shipped. Please let us know as soon as possible. In case the shipping label has already been purchased, we will deduct this amount from the refund
Once your order has been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it in order to request a return by emailing email@example.com
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
All exchanges must be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your original item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received.
If you believe that you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us for further evaluation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
