Orders require a minimum of 10 chip bags. You can choose between a random assortment of chips or a candy mix. If you'd like to customize the bags with specific snacks or even add a toy, feel free to reach out to us!
We offer both pickup and shipping options! Chip bags are available for pickup or shipping within the Netherlands only, while all other products can be shipped domestically and internationally.

Placing your order
To ensure your order is processed accurately and efficiently, please provide as many details as possible when placing your order.
Mock-Up Design:
After receiving your order details, a mock-up design will be sent to the email address you provided for your review.
Design Revisions:
You are entitled to up to two design revisions, where you can request minor adjustments, such as:
- Color swatches
- Fonts
- Image placement, etc.
Note: A complete redesign is not included and will require an additional fee.
Final Proof Review:
Please carefully review the final proof. We are not responsible for any errors after the final proof has been approved.
Approval and Production Timeline:
For timely production, we require your approval within 24 hours of receiving the proof. If no response is received, your order will be placed on hold under "pending approval." We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by this.

Turnaround time
Every item is custom-made, and while we do our utmost to meet your deadline, we strongly advise placing your order at least 4-6 weeks before your event to guarantee on-time delivery. Your order will be shipped 1 week prior to the date you've chosen to account for any unexpected delays.
